camp out or a mini rally

I am try to get a feeling to see if there enough interest in have a no-frills camp out or a mini rally. I believe we have enough money to put something together. What I am looking for is a site, a time frame, and volunteers to help put this on if we go forward.

Rallies update 2009

Just over 3 weeks on the road and over 4000 miles on the motorcycle myself and my daughter have arrived home. We attend both the MOA and the RA rally, and went to Columbus OH to visits family members. At the MOA rally on Friday night gathering I cooked up 4 large boxes of brats that contained 12 brats each, and a case of beer and assorted drinks. We had over 27 individuals ...

Jan 31, 2009 BOD Meeting

1. This to inform you that there will be another Color in the Catskill event next year.

2. This is going to be some bad news for those who plan on camping, the baseball fields that were going to be used for tent camping. One or two baseball fields will now be part of the beer tent and entertainment.

3. Policy form the ICC of BMW clubs about logo will not take effect until the end 2010.

4. The anonymous book should arrive in your mail box this month.

5. BMW MOA WIKI project: the MOA is going to build an information one site area to find all sorts of information from how to repair BMW motorcycles to touring tips.

6. Proposal to change Article III, Section 5 OF The Bylaws. Was rejected because of the cost to hold another election.

7. The MOA website is going to be update to a new type of system.



Club information

We have purchased our domain name back from Go Daddy, and Don Burns is working creating a new website and should be done in a couple of weeks.
